My stay at the hotel was a mix of great location and comfort. The rooms were cozy and had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub, although they weren't ready upon check-in. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were instances of detachment. The location was perfect, near the harbor and with stunning views of the Trinity Inlet and Marlin Marina. The dining was mediocre with slow service, but the lobby and mondos were pleasant. The facilities were standard, nothing extraordinary.

The hotel offers amazing views over the harbor with clean, modern decor in the rooms. Although there was a slight delay in receiving our luggage, the personal touch from Kat at reception, who offered a complimentary bottle of wine, was a nice gesture. The rooms are fairly standard but comfortable.
