My stay at the hotel was a mix of great location and comfort. The rooms were cozy and had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub, although they weren't ready upon check-in. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were instances of detachment. The location was perfect, near the harbor and with stunning views of the Trinity Inlet and Marlin Marina. The dining was mediocre with slow service, but the lobby and mondos were pleasant. The facilities were standard, nothing extraordinary.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great balcony view across the city to the mountains and sunset. However, some of the furniture looked dated, and the carpets were a bit dirty. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff throughout. The location was perfect, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants along the Esplanade. The dining experience was good, but they could use more staff to avoid chaos at busy times. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spotless with a large balcony and jet spa bath tub. The air conditioning was great, although it would've been nice to have fans.
